Whether you're dreaming of an intimate gathering with your closest loved ones or looking for a more relaxed wedding planning experience, a micro wedding might be exactly what you're after. You’ll actually have time to chat, laugh, and soak up the moments with every single guest – no need to rush table to table or miss a thing. It’s real connection, real celebration.

Less guests often means fewer costs – fewer meals, less seating, and potentially a smaller space to style. That gives you more breathing room in your budget (and less stress!). You can still have all the beautiful touches you want, without the price tag that comes with a 150-person guest list. It’s a smart way to focus on quality over quantity.

How it WORKS here at Mewburn Park
You can have your intimate Ceremony in the lush Homestead gardens near the Stables, the Stables Courtyard, the old Farmers Shed or Marquee (only on cold days though!). Enjoy your cocktail hour and family photos at the Stables and explore the grounds for some portraits.
Your Reception can either be in the clear-view Marquee or outside in the Stables courtyard.
The 4.5hrs time slots can be adjusted, please get in touch with us to confirm. This package is designed for a Monday to Thursday celebration, but please always check with us on weekend availability. Weekends (Friday - Sunday) incur an additional fee of $500.
You can for example start the day with “I do’s” with a:
BRUNCH package from 10.00am - 2.30pm
Or choose later in the day and enjoy the magic of the golden hour during
TWILIGHT package 5pm - 9.30pm
All seated furniture is included. Our extensive beverage package (beer, wines, cider, non alcoholic drinks) are included for up 20 guests. Every additional guest is $49 per person. The micro wedding package cannot exceed more than 40 people.

When you book with Mewburn Park we will supply you with a list of vendors we can highly recommend so your wedding planning process can start straight away. But be reassured, we know weddings are very personal, you can choose your tribe as you wish ;).

The Brunch Package
1 0 A M - 2.30 PM
Start the day with “yes I do” and jump on the opportunity to use different location for your ceremony as the sun is in a different position and will allow for other backdrops - yay. Your intimate ceremony can be held in the gardens or anywhere around the Stables anytime from 11am.
Enjoy a cocktail hour, time for family photos and explore the grounds for your couple portraits before joining your guests again for a light brunch. Weather permitting your reception can either be in the gardens, the clear view Marquee or at the old Stables or Stables Lawns.
Starting from $5200, this is an 4hr venue hire & 3.5hrs beverage package for up to 20 guests. Every additional guest is $49 per person. The micro wedding package cannot exceed more than 40 people. All seated furniture is included. Our extensive beverage package (beer, wines, cider, non alcoholic drinks) are included for all guests. Cocktail & spirits extra. Weekends (Friday - Sunday) incur an additional fee of $500.

The Twilight Package
5 P M - 9.30 PM
Enjoy the magic of the golden hour and have your intimate ceremony anytime after 5pm (we can also offer 4pm - 8.30pm celebrations) either at Stables, the stables gardens or in our old farmers shed or marquee (only on cold days though!).
